The first change i was skeptical about there claims of 25000 under severe conditions and 35,000 under normal conditions so i sent a sample out every 5000 miles to get tested and it always cam back clean as a whistle and right in line with new amsoil. Even at the 25,000 mile test the lab said it was still able to run at least another 3k minimum.

I must say that is impressive. Can I get a look @ those UOA's??? I am assuming you changed your filter every 5K?

no filter change there filters have a 25,000 mile interval too and i also run a bypass filter kit now which idid after the first change and i dont have a way to get the UOA's on here no scanner but if you look online you will find many people having the same experience. my dad just made the switch in his 06 dodge ram at 70k and before he was using mobil one synthetic which after about 2k he would notice a performance drop and fuel milage drop. i told him to try the amsoil and he was stubborn. he is now at 7k and gets better fuel milage than ever before and his il looks clean as new when you pull the dip stick. and the amsoil only cost him 25 bucks more than what he normally bought.

I ran it for a few months and noticed nothing besides the price difference. Back to conventional Castrol.

Im a fun of Mobil 1 HIGH Mileage 10w-30 or 10w-40 oils for my beloved 4.0s. Amsoil makes some Great products, and were the first in Synthetics(Amsoil founded 1972, Mobil 1 appeared 1974), but I put Mobil 1 in my Jeeps.
