rough idle in my 2001 jeep cherokee
i just bought a 2001 jeep cherokee. it has around 150k miles, and the 4.0 motor, but now when i start it up in the morning it starts fine, but after i drive it a bit then shut it off to run in a store or something when i come back to start it it has a very rough idle and almost no power to move it at all, but if i wait around a 30mins and start it its fine, if anyone can help please and thankyou!

Heat soak. Happens to me every day now that the weather is warmer. Try the heat shield around the injectors. I am going to attempt heat shield around the rail and injectors this weekend.
