I have the adjustable track bar from rough country and the jam nut on it keeps coming loose on me making a popping sound every time I turn. and before you ask if I got it really tight, YES! lol I sure did. anyone else have this problem and what they recommend to fix this?

 

Loctite, lock washer, or you can double nut it.

 

did you red loctite it?

don't use red loctite. chances are you'll have to torch it to get it loose. use the blue loctite. red is for permanant uses, not stuff that will taken apart from time to time.
