i only went with truckaddons because they matched a good deal i got from jcwhitney (who also did me wrong) plus 10 more percent off, i ended up getting it for like $100 cheaper then i would've got directly from rough country but ya know what, i wish i just got it directly from them now it'd be worth it

 

Im sorry, the discounts i have recieved directly from them by simply mentioning i am on a forum they support, is well beyond any discounted price a 3rd party company could match. you would be AMAZED.

 

it took me about 1 week to get my 4.5 lift kit with new springs from rough country..... but mine was shipped UPS

 

UPS is awesome. I hate FedEx so much. They are usually slower, and the packages always have something messed up. Once I got a Flowmaster super 40 from Jegs and it was shipped with FedEx. When it got to my house there was a giant hole in the box and the muffler was punctured!! It look like they shot the thing, and flowmasters are pretty tough on the outside. I also got a tailpipe from Iron Rock Offroad, and FedEx decided to completely wrap the thing in tape and stickers. I had to basically sand them off.

 

i would def go with someone else next time you order cause i just got my complete rc 6.5 la kit today although i dont know if it was ups or fed ex because it was shipped to the 4x4 shop i bought it through and i think they were right around or a little early on the stuff that was back ordered

i love dealing with real people over stupid internet sites because if something is wrong you can go in and complain instead of waiting for email and calling all the time plus they beat any price i could find on the net or by calling rc and mentioning forums although it does help one of the guys there is on the xj forums

 

FINALLY!!! after waiting over 3 months!!! truck add ons is sending me a new leaf kit... they said they were waiting to recieve their check for the lost claim! i mean c'mon i hope they give me some type of deal or coupon for waiting FOREVER! they said i can expect the package within a week a week n a half so we'll see but i doubt it. all i got was a "sorry bout that" at the end of the call... yeah thanks bud lol
