STILL!!! no package and not even a reply via email! i'm getting really pissed, it's like their just never gonna send it and they dont even care. RIDICULOUS!!!

 

Do you have a order #? They took about 3 weeks for me. and yea I got really too. You should be able to talk to them online or call. if they already sent it out then it's the carriers fault.

 

ITZDAN420, how do you like your 6.5? I just ordered mine on Monday and they told me they had 7 B.O.'s ahead of me but it "should" ship out by Friday the 16th. Hope I don't run into the same shipping delays that others on different forums have had.

 

just an update, STILL NO PACKAGE, its been 2 MONTHS!!! sorry about the title to this post but its really "truckaddons.com" that i ordered it from and its solely their fault... their customer service has been TERRIBLE since the order, it was good at first but their not solving my problem i can see its not a big deal to them!

Yeah Right, it's not Rough Country's fault?! I ordered from Rough Country direct and as of this minute I have been waiting 3 weeks for the rest of my long arm kit! They shipped what they had to me so I could get started but the hardware and 2 of the trans mount brackets are packaged with the long arms so I can't do anything anyway!! They are so backed up on orders it's a wonder they can get anyone anything!

 

Just spoke to Rough Country and now it looks as though they will not ship mine or anyone's orders until May 28th!! They cannot be serious! I can promise I will never buy anything from them again. And all the time I'm on hold they tell you about how great their customer service is!

 

well in that case i gusse you shouldnt have bought something that was backordered... just my $.02

 

I like it alot. it was worth it for the price but after reading everybodys issues with them and their handling of shipping and keeping parts supplied. They should definatly look intoo their error's and fix them before the whole world decides to kill them. Says on there website " SAME DAY SHIPPING" Hope they shed some light on you guys. I guess I was one of the lucky ones.

 

earlier in this post somebody said the add-a-leafs were on back order, i sure would have liked to know that before i purchased, theres no way to know everything says "in stock" online pshhh

 

Ha Ha, always a comodeian in the group. Yeah, that's exactly what I did, I waited till I was sure they were backordered and THEN made my order....So i could make sure I had something to whine about...my $.05 worth

 

lol ok man i was just joking.. i havent had any problems with them yet and i just wanted to get some peopel to kinda chukle over it.. but ik what your dealing with and id be pissed too..

 

just keepin up with the updates guys... still NOTHING!!!

i finally spoke to a "helpful" customer service assosiate from truckaddons... he said he was finally getting to the bottom of this (over a week ago!) i may go to the better business burough with this. not that its a big deal for an online truck accessory company but c'mon over 2 months waiting, almost 3!

 

when i went a couple weeks ago to order my rc lift from payless 4x4 here in chico the guy working there called rc to order my lift and they said the long arms and rear full leaf packs were on b/o about a month but he was informed that they are out of tennesee and with all the floods they have been flooded so the wait does suck but if there shop was under water or trucks cant get in or out because of a natural disaster i guess its atleas a good excuse

 

I have made 7 seperate purchases with RC. and 2 of items i ordered were on back order. I was WELL informed of how long it would take to recieve my items BEFORE i paid. I was told my track bar is 3 weeks back ordered. i got it 11 days later..

They have always been upfront with me if there could be issues on they're end.

i HAVE heard alot of problems with getting all the components in one shipment on the LA lift kits. but they seem to get resolved rather quickly.


edit: 20 minutes of research and you would probably not be in this situation, alot of smaller aftermarket companys are half azzed at customer service.
