Rolls over but won't start

Rolls over but won't start
I was experiencing some electrical issues with blinking traction control light, seatbelt light, ESP/BAS. I just changed the alternator and battery. Ran good, then blinking lights agan after a few days. I decided to pull fuses and check them and now it won't start. Rolls over, has gas to the fuel rails, fuses are good.. It ran good for 3 days after I changed alternator and battery, Didn't start today after i checked the fuses just rolls over. I'm stuck.. help please 06 65th anniversary edition Cherokee laredo 3.7
