So, after my great success yesterday hinting down and fixing my locks and windows, today jeep won’t start.
Since my doors were open and dome lights were on, I decided to put my battery tender on overnight. Seemed to start a little rough after I was finished yesterday. Well today I can’t get it started even though batter is fully charged at 12.7v. Any idea what’s up. Had zero issues starting before yesterday.

Does it crank? Click? Or nothing at all? Did you disconnect the battery when working on the windows? Doublecheck the connections. Loose or dirty connections can lead to a no crank and no start. I would check all the fuse to be sure none blew. Just because. Check all of them, under the hood and in the passenger side kick panel.

Wouldn't be the alternator. Sounds more like a loose battery terminal, corroded battery cables under the insulation or a dirty ground.
Good advice to check all fuses..
You may want to revisit the areas you tugged on connections and wires to see if anything came loose or undone.
Before throwing the parts bin at it, do some good old fashion Noggin Pokin with the brightest light you have.

Fuses check out. Just checked my battery again and it’s now showing only 10.1v. It has been sitting unhooked all day since I charged it last night. Is that normal?

what ever you did to get the door locks to work...undo it and see if it makes a difference in how it starts and runs....you may of let the gremlin out of the bag when you fixed the locks...

I was able to get it started. Had to keep my foot on the gas for a few minutes. When I’d let off gas would stall. Made my way to autozone to grab a new battery but by the time I got there it was idling ok. Drove 25 minutes to a friends house. Parked for a few hours. Started it and drove home no probs. Maybe I’m in the clear for now? Still suspect something is up with the battery.

I don’t know. My first thought was parasitic draw, but the battery lost a few volts sitting unplugged while I changed my alternator.
things seemed normal after finally getting it started and driving around. Battery is 4 years old. Probably due for new anyway.

Pretty sure battery has a bad cell. Charged over night again with my Battery Tender. This morning I got 13.18v on my multi meter. I disconnected the charger and watched the voltage slowly drop down to like 10.5v, just like it did yesterday. Although I may not have needed to replace the alternator, at least that is new now too. haha.
Thanks for the help yall. Onward.
