removing road paint?

well luckily it hardly got on the actual paint but the trim and such. and i actually like the trim. but some of the bolts in the wells and around that area had a very thick coat. i heard pennDOT or any DOT has a solvent for said paint.? but idk if thats true or not

It is true but i believe it cost an arm and a leg. You know DOT were always paying for their screw ups
