Redoing the whole audio setup in my 5.9 ZJ. I had a friend help me pick out some gear, and here's what I was originally looking at getting.

Head unit:
Amazon.com: Pioneer DEH-P8400BH Mobile CD Receiver with Built-in Bluetooth, HD Radio and MIXTRAX: Car Electronics Amazon.com: Pioneer DEH-P8400BH Mobile CD Receiver with Built-in Bluetooth, HD Radio and MIXTRAX: Car Electronics

Door speakers (2 pairs):
Amazon.com: JBL GTO638 6.5-Inch 3-Way Speakers (Pair): Electronics Amazon.com: JBL GTO638 6.5-Inch 3-Way Speakers (Pair): Electronics

Door amp:
Amazon.com: Cadence Flash FXA2400.4 2400 Watt 4-Channel Class A/B Car Audio Amplifier Amp: Car Electronics Amazon.com: Cadence Flash FXA2400.4 2400 Watt 4-Channel Class A/B Car Audio Amplifier Amp: Car Electronics

Subs:
Amazon.com: Pair of E-10D4 - Sundown Audio 10" Dual 4-Ohm E Series Subwoofer E10D4: Electronics Amazon.com: Pair of E-10D4 - Sundown Audio 10" Dual 4-Ohm E Series Subwoofer E10D4: Electronics

Sub amp:
Amazon.com: AUDIOPIPE APSM-1500 1500 Watt Mono Car Audio MINI Amplifier Amp APSM1500: Car Electronics Amazon.com: AUDIOPIPE APSM-1500 1500 Watt Mono Car Audio MINI Amplifier Amp APSM1500: Car Electronics

Now pretty much everyone I've talked to said it's a quality setup. Someone did mention though that I'd be better off with component speakers, which I think would also sound better, and plus I have tweeters that will need to be replaced anyway.

Should I get these for the front:
Amazon.com: Alpine SPS-610C 6-1/2" 2-Way Type-S Series Component Car Speakers: Car Electronics Amazon.com: Alpine SPS-610C 6-1/2" 2-Way Type-S Series Component Car Speakers: Car Electronics

Then maybe these for the rear?:
Amazon.com: Alpine SPS-610 6-1/2" 2-Way Type-S Series Coaxial Car Speakers: Car Electronics Amazon.com: Alpine SPS-610 6-1/2" 2-Way Type-S Series Coaxial Car Speakers: Car Electronics

Also, I was told that the door amp is way more than I need, however I think I'd feel more comfortable having more than enough. My friend said that it'd be more expensive to get a properly downsized one too. Is that right?

Cheers
