rear side/ corner armor
i have a 95 2dr xj. i can only find the armor for a 4dr model ive done extensive research and cant find any. here is a picture of my xj and ive seen teh ORFAB product but no one makes any for a 2dr. has anyone fabed them up.. if so can you give me information on what sheets you used in thickness and bolts. ETC. thanks

Go grab a piece of cardboard, shape it to fit. Lay it on steel and cut it out. Bolt it up.

All of them on the market will fit a 2 door but are made for a 4 door so they come up short.The info from jcr offroad site says they use 3/16" thick high strength steel and 10 countersunk 5/16" bolts

I was using 2 sheets and weld them had them measured out ready to cut but had the sheets of steel and my scrap metal stolen from the garage along with a set of tires. so the project is off since i have no materials. this blows went as a sterss relief i went wheeling
