This might be the dumb *** question of this year so far....but Im about to order some control arms and thought Id check the rear diff to see if the angle needs adjusting by getting some rear arms.
And to my discovery there are no control arms back there unlike my WJ.
Is that normal? So really how you angle and torque the u bolts determines angle of the rear axle?

How high are you lifted? The leaf spring perches are welded to the axle tubes( you can't just loosen the u bolts and rotate the axle) you can purchase shims which look like wedges that go between the leaf pack and perches. They come in different degrees

Why do you want to change your rear axle angle?????? Lets start there
For purposes of SYE
To lower pinion to be same angle as TC on small lift
Generally you don't have to change the angle. Like stated earlier, you would use shims under the leaf pack to alter the angle. The xj is a rear leaf sprung vehicle, no CAs there.
