Saw this picture somewhere, just wondering if this is an actual thing or a franken-mobile. If it is real, I want one reallllyyyy badly

 

Definitely a Franken-mobile. Jeep has only produced a few trucks and that isn't one of em. Keep your head up though, rumor has it that there will be a wrangler-truck in 2016. Similar to the gladiator that fell by the wayside. Fiat really wants one.

 

Worth mentioning that are a few of those running around- Look up 4-door Comanche on Google. pretty sure they just mash an XJ/MJ together lol.

saw that guy at the PA jeep show. Its real. And its cleanly done. Looks factory.

 

That's still a cool concept, even though it wasn't actually produced. Be cool to see one swapped as a dually with a Diesel engine in it haha, you'd be able to tow your trail rig with a jeep tow pig

 

Rumor has it that they made 10 dually comanches. I know one is in Hawaii, one has bounced all over the US and the others supposedly are in Latin America. looks pretty sick.

 

only 10? There was a white one On Craigs list. It was a metric ton package.

This was maybe a month ago on the Reading PA craigslist

 

I'm not 100% but what ive heard is that 10 came from Jeep Factory. JC Whitney used to have a dually conversion kit and that's where the rest came from. Hard to find any real info on them as far as numbers. I would love one to pull my XJ around... Would have to swap powerplants of course.
