rattling under driver side

Rattling on driver side, sounds like under rear driver side but I can't find or see anything wrong, any suggestions? 91 xj. Deff metal, I don't hear it at higher speeds. Prolly 20-25. Also makes a sound like a popping twisting at higher speeds with no pedal
