My grandmother owned some land upstate she had planned to build a cabin on. Sadly, that never happened. Whenever we went camping, wed take walks with the dog and always stopped to pick the blackberries along the way. Good times.

"Had to suffer thru a couple hrs of trail ridin in the Jeep"

???

Apparently our perspective is much different than yours! The ride to and from is the best part!

Loved collecting Black Berries, Huckleberries, Wild Water Cress, Wild Onions, Crab Apples, and more when I was in Pennsylvania. It was one of the few things I liked about green county vrs the Desert here.

Check out this cool factoid about the box huckleberry... Two patches in Pennsylvania have been dated to 13,000 years old and might be the oldest plants on earth.

On the suffering part...I forgot you can’t read sarcasm but you must insert a heavy dose of it when you read that part

I got it and I was being sarcastic in return... Of course the ride to and from is why we all own a Jeep!

It's like fishing... Who cares if you actually catch anything, it's just the "going fishing" that is fun.
