Def do not do 12k i wouldnt go more then 6k. U will have 0 usuable light output

 

the housings look good for the price, though I would go for their 4300k

 

Dont eve think about spending all that money on those headlights , those are scam , also dont buy bulbs more than 5000k if what you really need is lumens , there are several posts in which people assembly their own projector headlights , i got this ones made myself you could check it out , but there are several threads that state that those headlamps are a scam...

Otherwise upgrade your headlight harness , Throw in some E-code H4 Housings , An decent H4 Bulbs.

 

So are the ones in the ebay add like what you started with, I am well aware of ebay seller being downright liars, it does seem to good to be true having real projectors in the housings.

 

take a good look at the picture and check it out , it does not have a projector on it , its only a lens hold by two screws on the inside ,those are the same i got the only difference is that the ones i got where not black , but all of them are the same junk and they will dim your lights instead of rising them...

Yeah they don't exactly take detailed pictures that show they are fakes, Ill take your word for it and hope the op will too.

 

6000k is nice for fog...the blue helps...
