I was looking for a pickup and a family friend has a ZJ for sale that he got off the original owner and has "completely gone through". I'm trying to place a ballpark market price on it because I haven't found comps and his asking price at $4100 is above KBB's max book value ($2800).

Not sure of the transfer case part number, but it's got 2wd + 4wd full time, plus 2wd + 4wd part time and neutral.
Lots of new consumable parts including brakes, fluids, spark plugs, etc. Tires at 70%.

I haven't found another one of these with such low miles. The next closest I find in my area are seemingly well maintained with 50k more miles and some basic mods like tires/wheels and a 3in lift kit, with $3500 asking prices.

I know these prices are somewhat subjective, I'd just like to get a market check from people who shop these often. Thanks!!!!!
