Pitman arm
So for Christmas i got a "drop pitman arm" when I got my lift installed and the mechanic went to put it on he said it was the same as the stock one.
Since I had this problem I'm sending it back but what do I need instead as this was supposedly a 4-6 inch lift drop pitman arm....?

You don't need a drop pitman arm unless your frame side track bar mount drops the mounting point down lower.
What track bar do you have?

Idk what it needs but right now it definitely needs something Bc my steering wheel is upside down when going straight and I can't see the gauge cluster lol.
As far as the track bar I don't have a clue. I took everything to the guy the box.
I know I should have checked more of these things but I was kind of rushed as I had to have it done by yesterday.

It was no different than the stock pitman arm though? It wasn't installed and the track bar is also still not installed as he was waiting to do them both at one time.
I guess I also would like to know if it's bad for the jeep driving it the way it currently is? With the way the steering wheel it's turned and all
Undo the tre from the Pitman arm. Find out how many turns it takes for your wheel lock to lock. Then put it halfway. Should be straight up. Then adjust the drag link and reattach the tre to the pitman arm. Dropping the pitman with a drop pitman arm won't fix your steering wheel. That mechanic is a *******.
