Ha thats exactly how i got my pet coon. the little guy walked right up and started licking me. i took him 4 miles down the road and let him go and an hour later he showed up again so i fixed him a bed and some dog food and let him stay in the garage and looked for his mom the next day who had been killed on the road. still the most loyal pet i have had.

Actually this is very cool...It is a testament of your patience. It is difficult to work with the natural tendencies of wild animal pets to tear into things.
