Default overheating issue revisited

my overheating is history.. the temp gauge stays a bit to the right of top center.. Recently I R+R: Radiator, stat. (195).... valve cover gasket..
meanwhile the blower fan gave up the ghost.. the switch would only work on the high position... it's a resistor thing, I hear ... fast forward to replace fan switch day.... pulled out the climate control panel.. switch wires were pushed on w/ ordinary wire fasteners. And loosely at that..

I got wiring harness from junk yard.. several were melted.. I now know why... used factory book to wire climate control harness correctly... WHAT A DIFFERENCE !!... new resistor/ wired correctly/ have all fan speeds now.

AND, icing on the cake.. the temp gauge wont show overheating even when stopped at a light....nice
IMHO It appears all the electrical goodies are in concert with each other...

to rewire the harness/junction...small screwdriver to release the wire, pull it out.. insert good wires....
