Valvoline VR1 10w30 oil, it has the zinc in it these flat tappet motors need.
Fram Tough Guard Oil filter (stay away from standard fram, they're just paper inside.
The fuel filter is inside the tank, just OEM I guess.
OEM fit air filters would be sceptre or K&N
Spark Plugs are the Champion Copper Tops RC12LYC, these motors love em.
Gearbox Oil (I have the manual transmission) Redline MT-90
And I believe I have the accel wires in it now, not quite sure.

Here is my videos of a Fram Tough Guard filter VS a Wal Mart Super Tech. (August 27, 2010)
Both filters are for a GM 3800 V6 engine. Common.
First video is the SuperTech.
Paper filter construction with plastic end caps. VERY secure drainback valve. Had more surface area than the Fram TG filter when unrolled...

Here is ths FRAM Tough Guard. Still had wierd paper end caps and very thick filtering medium. The red drainback valve was mostly for looks as it was extremely loose in the filter. odd. Less filtering material than the SuperTech, but MUCH thicker. I am concerned about the drainback valve possibly shifting and causing all sorts of problems on this filter. Who knows?

If you are NOT buying a premium filter (WIX, Purolator, etc), then the SuperTech is a better filter cost-wise really.
Just my .02.
