Opinion on price
No used XJ ever clears $4500 in the Northeast.
Look on Ebay and get it shipped for a few more bucks.

I paid $5900 for mine from a dealer and it's the limited trim: leather interior, woodgrain trim, full size spare, cruise control, just 120,000 miles... just about everything Jeep could have put in a Cherokee. Not to mention, totally clean, and maintained well by a single owner.
That being said, I think $6350 is a bit high, even with just 91,000 miles, being that it's only a Sport trim. It'll probably only take you a couple of years to get the mileage I'm at if you do any driving, so why pay too much extra for low miles? I mean come on, no cruise control even?
I'd shoot $3500-4000 and I wouldn't pay a cent more.
