I've been shoppin' around for roof racks, and most high quality ones are expensive and usually small, or extra charge for a slightly larger size. The top Hat caught my eye big time, it has those side rails that mount to the rain gutters which has 3 mounts on each side which wud be rather sturdy. its fairly cheap for how large it is too, just give me a peice of your mind on this rack.

(the ones manufactured after 2007 have carriage bolts instead of the eye-bolts)

i've seen them at 390 shipped to my door.. and i dont like the design of their rack much really...

 

I know this is an old thread but.......1st off I have this rack on my 97 XJ and I love it. What I am needing now is a mount for my highlift that is compatible with this mount. Does anyone know where to start? I just cant seem to find anything on the web so I figured maybe someone has gambled and won and can now tell me what will work. Thanks
