Default Oil pump?

I have a 1995 Cherokee 2 door with 4.0. My oil pressure is good at start and up until it warms up then drops to around 20 lbs. at idle and barely above 40 lbs. while driving. Now I just bought it and am debugging it so I don't know if it's just due for oil change or oil pump. If it's the pump what pump would you suggest? I want to do a high volume pump, but was wondering what to go with and would I need to do an oil pan also? Thanks

Not less than 13 psi at idle when warm, between 37-75 psi over 1600 rpms.

Looks in spec.

Only use wix or Mopar oil filters. You have an orange one on there?
