I see you with with a hefty fine if you sue this guy. He sold it to you "As Is" didn't you say? That means that the vehicle is sold with that condition: You bought it as it was, anything that happens after you sign your papers (and thousands of miles down the road) is on you. If I was this guy and you were slandering my name I would sue the pants off of you. Even I as a third party viewer thinks thats a little uncalled for. Don't do it man, it's not worth the trouble. I was in the middle of arguments over a leased vehicle's maintenance schedule with a local dealer I leased from when I realized there is just no winning. If someone gets you to sign paperwork you can pretty much be guaranteed that they thought of everything already. Sorry man but that's that.

 

So.....let me get this stright....Correct me if im wrong. "You" buy a jeep on the inter-webs, sight unseen (with your own eyes) from some used car lot.....in Ohio, this place is located....dead center.... in an area called "the salt belt"......by everyone. You expect this "used" vehicle to be well maintained by the previous owner.....and rust free?

I have never, and will never buy anything used off of the internet. Sorry I sound like a dick....but really!!!! you can't find somethig local?
