OEM Tire Carrier

I have been looking for an OEM spare tire carrier for my XJ and I haven't had any luck at the local jy. I need the bumper and the swing ARM, is there any company that sells them? I don't really want to drop more money on a bumper then I paid for the XJ.

I was getting close to ordering for detours. Then randomly came by a swing out at the jy. Got the bumper and the swing out for only $60
