Knew a guy who had one in an old Gladiator pickup. He didn't have it long. Weren't much of engine were they?

They were in the M715 Jeeps also. They were plagued by some oiling issue right off the bat and never caught on.

I never had any hands on experience with them. Seems I remember they were best avoided.

I did take it! Then I stalked the guy and, with my limited Spanish, discovered that a Chinese oil company was operating a well near his village in Mexico. When the well was no longer producing they abandoned it and sold off all of the mining equipment and vehicles to locals rather than freighting it all back to China. He bought it ten years ago for the equivalent of US$500. I offered him $1000, he said "no", which is the same in Spanish as it is in English.
