Default OBA Conversion

Wanting to do the on board air conversion to the jeep since my a/c has never worked. I plan on getting another A/C compressor from the jy as to keep it as cheap as possible. Whats the best way to go about doing the conversion. Please keep in mind I wanna keep it cheap but I need it to be reliable as I will use it to air my tires up as well as run air tools
