So im wonder if anyone has ever put nos on there cherokee or any thing?? I've looked into all the u tube videos n wht not, but my jeep has 187000 miles on it n im thinkn of maybe getting like a 50 shot or somethen not to big for it... Any help wld be great i no its not the best for it but always wanted it n thought how cool its be yet

??? no my jeep is lifted but just thought id b something nice to add on to it but i do do some trail but lots to work n bars

My take on NOS is that unless you are doing Jeep speed type stuff or high RPM hill climbs where high wheel speed is wanted it is pretty much useless. NOS would have zero use on a typical trail rig. Remember you can't just hit the NOS at low RPM's, that's what makes them go boom.

I had an old 6.2L Chevy that you had to start with ether made that thing rattle and ping worse than an old John Deere, can't imagine what it does to a running engine.

What did you want to use it for? N2O is going to be hard on that tired engine.

I'm betting the starter of this thread is under the age of 24 and is a huge fan of the Fast movies. A 50 shot to a worn engine, what could possibly go wrong? Jeeps are not ricers with fart pipes, they are not built for drag racing, they are built for utility and long life.
