well by rebuilt engine i didnt mean totally rebuilt, just new parts, i was aware that it had the 200k on it and everthing, but i only plan on driving it for a year, and then my dad and i are doing a diesel conversion!!!!! so for $1500 for a solid body with no rust and an RC lift and dick cepecks, i think i did all right

Okay... your right. If I came off like an ***, I didn't mean to. But when I saw the buyer beware thread and saw this, I though,"Oh boy... here we go." Don't wanna see fellow CF members get screwed over.

thanks for the support guys, i expected responses like this! but i love diesel, so i wanted something lifted with no rust, with high miles so it would be cheap, as a base, it does have a new wheel bearings and u joints and brakes, so the real mileage is on the the engine and tranny. not a big deal to me.

Heart sank when I saw the "Orange tractor paint and Cepeks" in the description before I clicked some pic links. My first thought was, "Man, didn't want to see someone on CF get taken for this one.."

For 1500, that's a great deal. Thought it was going to be a lot worse based on what the seller was peddling in his earlier ad.

I never seen this XJ but, is it from Missouri? That silver W decal has been all over O'Fallon since well actually 2001. That's Fort Zumwalt West's logo.
