lol sorry, its just there are tons of flex pics posted every day. it gets old watching everyone post them up as if they're special.

of those two, you should go 8.8 hands down. you are going to have to fab up brackets for either axle, might as well get the one with (potentially) 4.10s, limited slip, and disc brakes. its the same amount of work for either axle.

what rear suspension system are you running? i see the track bar and upper control arm brackets are now empty, looks like some sort of triangulated rear 4 link.

Ya sorry. Like i said i am new to this forum and ya i feel there special as there my jeep. And honestly i love seeing flex pics and other general pics of jeeps and projects. And if it got old for me i would scroll past it. But anyways its wishbone 3 link setup. The truss i believe was madd for a 4 link but the wishbone is custom made. I am changing it all up to triangular 4 link when i swap the axle. No doubt the 8.8 is a better option but i run 3.73s stock as does some tj's with the 44 so i figured i would not havd to gear thr front right away. Idk.

You can get 3.73 8.8 just as easy. but 4.10 is just better. And 4.10 for lp d30 is cheap and easy to come by

actually the 8.8 works in your favor even more then. the most common combo for them is Limited slip 3.73. get the 8.8 with that ratio, and when you're ready, regear the front and rear to match.

Oh damn.. I didnt know the 8.8 came with 3.73 too?? Are the all disk brake? I rather jusg do that becausd i am swapping the front with a tj hp d30 also for the hp and plus it ujoint axld and not thd stupid cv style shafts i have to keep replacing lol. And honestly theres not much diff. From 3.73 to 4.10 is there? I know there a bit better but i speaking in money to performance ya know. Is it worth the 4.10s for the extra money? I already have a buddy giving me a tj front so thats hos that route would be cheaper

not worth it. get the 3.73 8.8 from a ford explorer (for disc brakes), and swap both front and rear to lower gears later on. not worth it to pay to regear to 4.10

yep. to make sure you get the right gear ratio, check the door code for "D4" which indicates limited slip 3.73

replaces the carrier with one that solidly connects the two axle shafts, so they're always engaged.
