new cherokee?!
what would be badass, is if jeep made the XJ again. same everything. just 2013 model. no its not fuel efficient and safety isn't like a minivan. but still. like imagine if car manufacturers made chevelles and GTOs and novas again, (for a limited time) and exactly how they looked in the past? EXACT like a clone with same motor tranny and axles, all the same. I'm sure there would be thousands of people wanting to get there hands on brand new 0 milage classic cars or even cherokees. not like the modern mustangs and challengers and cherokees, that they all remodeled. just my $.02
i think it'd be great

You can buy a brand new 1940 Ford Coupe body today, but will be shocked at the cost...
There are more 1932 Ford cars now, than Ford ever produced...

Even if you brought the XJ to market today, but with all the required equipment, you likely are looking at 3500 to 4000 lbs.

Why do people continue to expect a company to loose money on models they can't make profit on.
