I snag extra's from the JY. I always try to have a good assortment of nuts/bolts on hand.

Butter bolts? Wtf?

Sorry 'bout that Gee oh Dee. "Butter Bolt" is a term me and my buds used to use to describe any old ungraded fastener we could find that would thread-up when we had no other choice.

I just went through it when doing my track bar. I broke the bolt at the axle tube and couldn't get my hands on a 10.9 replacement right away so I opted for a SS grade #8 "butter bolt" as a temporary solution (as in 2 days in that application - nothing more). Normally, I'd never consider using a stainless in a suspension app like that but it was a desperate time because I had no alternative transportation for getting into work the next day.

Uh...not sure what you are assuming or where the assumptions came from but I am not using crap I had sitting around the garage.

I ordered exactly what was needed from fastenal, I have to wait til wednesday. Not what I wanted as I wanted to be finished tonight, but it is what it is.

The Jeep is not my only form of transport, so the Cherokee is sitting under a large tarp with its motor gingerly suspended above the frame rails.

Got the new hardened metric bolts yesterday, got everything back together.

Not too noticable of a difference, but the starter cycling when I go to start it def resonates throughthe rest of the vehicle much more!

The sleeve does come out of mine, those look real close to mine.

I went with Iron Man motor mounts. I may have gone woth Brown Dog if I had to do it again, but IDK. They yellow pisses me off.

Yeah, the yellow takes a little getting used to, but having the 2.8L my options were limited. I've been very happy with my Brown Dogs though, yellow and all. I was thinking about getting a set of the Iron Man mounts for the other Jeep to compare them, but I really like Brown Dogs Super Kit for the 4.0L. You probably haven't had enough seat time with them yet, but what are your opinions so far?

Edit: Derp, saw you already posted not much of a difference. My bad.
