Need help
I have a 2003 jeep liberty sport....I had to replace the ball joint (actually two) after it fell apart while driving. I did not know it was a recall item and paid out of pocket. Now I'm trying to get my money back and getting no where. Any suggestions? I called the company and they wouldn't even give me an address to send the copy of the bill.

ignore this idiot^^^^
that sucks for you man, what company did you call? chrysler? you would probably have to open a complaint file where they would reveiw your case based on edvidence (your reciept) and run your vin# to see whether the recall was already done on your vehicle...don't bother with a dealer call chrysler directly.
fyi, in the future, questions like this would be better in the off topic section.

Yes really... liberties are riddled with problems and chrysler doesn't like to honor anything. or.... listen to the brilliant one telling you to ask again...

neither of your posts has helped or been helpful in any way. thanks for that. my brother in law owns an 04 kj. never had a single problem with it in the last two years. my wifes friend has owned one for three years...no problems. no vehicle is without fault...just look at the oem section on this forum.

lol, it wasn't meant to offend you're love of kj's... I was just being frank since it is in Cherokee Chat. No harm intended.

You might think so, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. But if you'd like to have a further exchange of words, we should probably take in private as not to further clutter up this man's thread.
