So when I tore out my carpet in the back to get the broken shock bolts out I noticed that my whole cargo area is rust and it's rusted all the way through in some spots. So my question is what would be the best way to repair this? I'll try to post some pictures

cut it out and repair it. that would be the right way. or get some of that rust treating stuff its supposed to stop the rust or paint it with por15. but if you can poke your finger through it i would definatly cut it out.
