You placed this in the "Jeep Builds" section. This section is meant for documenting work your doing to your Jeep. Questions typically don't get answered here. Please keep that in mind when creating new threads, we have separate sections for a reason. So I'm moving this to Chat.
As for your questions...
Yes, a 360 can fit. But it won't be easy, and it won't be a direct swap. Lots will be involved, time, money, parts and tools. If you have to ask this vague of a question, it'd be in your beat interest to do some research and see what other folls have done. FrankZ from Serious Offroad swapped in a GM 5.3l, he documented it on NAXJA.org. there is also a member who swapped in a Supra 2JZ motor. Those would be great starts for you.
As for your lift, a 3" is very easy and cheap. There are several kits made by several manufacturers, in a wide range of parts. You could also do a 'junk yard' lift, which would involve some work on your part, we even have a dedicated thread here for info on JY parts.
Check it out.
