Default Need Advice

I'm looking at a Jeep on Craigslist that was involved in an accident. It rear ended a car and the airbag deployed. The seller states that the frame has not been affected. The radiator may need to be replaced.

I'm wanting to build a off road toy so i know that i will need to replace the front end to get it legal and to get tags but besides that what other advice do you recommend. How hard of a project is this. I'm mechanically inclined and love reading the forums watching guys build custom front ends and custom bumpers and would to do this but I'm just wondering if this is a good project or should i just move on and find another Cherokee to turn into my new obsession.

This is the original post with pictures:
I am selling a damaged 1996 Jeep Cherokee. This has the 4.0 6 cylinder engine and an automatic transmission. About 200k miles. Runs and drives, but this does have front end damage. $950.
