my transfer case has pt/ft fwd along with N and 4L..... i believe it is the 242

You should have a crying towel handy, those JK's will surprise you. Are you seeing who can drag who across the parking lot?

 

4 low, low gear, you should get him since the torque curve will have you pulling harder sooner

 

What transfercase do you have? Do you know what your gearing is? Are you stock? All important things to know.

 

Are you doing a bumper to bumper pull?

 

No they are face to face... My friend has a 1995 and hates when i do that to him because the 97-01 has built in push bars on the bumper and 96 and earlier are just lame and have a flat bumper haha

Either way he is out gunned and if he uses his 4lo he stands a really good chance of blowing up his transfercase.
