I have a 99 Jeep Cherokee and I am wantig to put smoked tail lights and smoked cab LED lights on the top of it. Im wondering wht else i should do. It is black. I also wondered if anyone had any suggestions on how to fix the paint chipping on the roof.

As for fixing the paint, it depends on how involved you want to get. You can tails awesome results with just spray paint if you take your time and do the PREP WORK. Prep is huge when it comes to paint.

 

I have a black 97 xj and the paint on the roof is horrible. The way i look at, its gona get the S*** scratched out of it on trails, so why spend your time getting the paint to look nice? Plus if you lift it, no one can see the roof!

Or you could do some work and prevent the the rust that will eventually appear....
