Mouse House in Ventilation -'95 Sport

Mouse House in Ventilation -'95 Sport
Apparently a mouse set up shop in my 1995 Jeep Sport. The fan still runs but you can hear debris flying about and no air comes out the vents. I believe the ventilation to be clogged up w/ nesting material (I've had a mouse get stuck in my heater fan before on a different vehichle). I would appreciate any advise on how to proceed w/ clearing the obstruction. It looks like the fan motor is under the dash. I've tried popping out the vent louvers and both shop-vac'ing and I tried digging around w/ a coat hanger.
