Its not the size of the lift but how you use it that counts!... LMAO Sorry I just couldn't resist. As for me im gonna say mine is the Dynomax Turbo muffler. It didn't sound as good as it does on my CJ and they're both 258s. Oh well.

Yes. All the 4.0 is a destroked 4.2. The head and injection unit is 4.0 and I swapped the 4.0 flexplate to work with the CPS and also the front accessories. My XJ had a cracked block and I had a 258 lying around so I used it.

I'll have to say my rear fake recovery points. I was aware from the beginning that they were going to be purely cosmetic and they came out great. The disappointing thing is that every time someone ask me how are they tied in to the unibody I have to admit there fake.

I think the thing that is hyped the most but, the biggest let down would have to be a Throttle Body Spacer. They don't do a Damn thing for performance or mileage.

That's why I never got one. Total waste of money.

I never did either. I just put some science and common sense to it and there is no way a spacer under a throttle body is going to make a difference...especially when all the ones made are an inch thick or less.

Back on topic ... most disappointing mod: the stupid Weathertech window visors I recently received as a B-day gift. The design is incredibly stupid especially compared to the Ventvisors I removed. Thank goodness they're in-channel so I can ditch them soon.
I just searched the forum for someone with the exact same disappointment as me. The instructions were terrible, installation was not easy, and two of the visors chipped while I was putting them in. Definitely not worth the money. I'd rather get the kind that uses tape. Any ideas?
