anybody ever deal with them? how's their service & customer support?

 

I've dealt with them a lot. They are the only company I use for after market parts.

 

They are ok. I asked them with help for couple of stuff. Each time they recommended something and after getting them, they ended up being wrong parts for what I need and I had to send them back.

Customer service are great though

 

They are great I go there in person to pick up all my parts for projects, it's nice to have my hands on it before I buy it. They screwed up on my order once and fixed it by putting together a new order with stuff they did have and it came out cheaper for the same thing!

 

Good group of guys there and good customer service. As stated earlier, if there is a problem with a wrong part or a mistake, they will make it right.

 

Ordered a few different things. Never had to get in contact with customer service because parts shipped veryyyyy quickly. No complaints from me at all. I'll be ordering stuff from them in the future

 

I used to use them for samurai stuff when I was working on them for friends great products never needed customer service
