my point is that it's fricken expensive. you just said it too lol. I'd also take the 99 intake off and put the stock one back on

No, I said it wasn't free.
Expensive is a subjective term.
To some, a $2 lug nut is expensive, while someone else may find a $3500 Super-Charger to be a great deal because they feel they got Value for their dollar.
As a stand alone upgrade the 99+ intake is only so-so. Add a few other mods to aide better Air/Fuel in & Exhaust out and the engine will make better numbers.
Keep in mind that the performance gains of the 99+ intake won't be as noticeable on the trail as they will be on the road at higher speeds.

If it's Blue and a 5-speed you have a deal! lol
I'm right there with you on that, I'd much rather have a 2 door. I've had 3 4 doors and I've had people in the backseat maybe 2 or 3 times?
I've had a planned 2 door chop build for years but had to get rid of my old 2 door when I lost my job when the economy tanked. Lack of the extra pillar isn't a big deal when you're going to put in stiffeners and a cage anyway.
I'm still chopping my 4 door in the spring, but I'd much rather do it on a 2 door.

Already did both. Only other thing im doing is putting a new axle back exhaust on it. as mine is hacked off right before the axle. I feel as if i lost my torque in the low end of the rpm range. Just not really liking it at all.

My biggest regret right now is bringing my jeep to the shop when I bought it to have the brakes fixed. $700 later I had new rear wheel cylinders, lines and a bunch of other garbage. Didn't see that bill coming, really wish I upgraded to rear discs instead

Wow that's insane, I spent less then 250 for my rear disc install including hardware, pads, rotors and fluid.
