Modifications you regret

I hope its not a repost. But, Kind of curious to see what, if any mods you guys have done to your Jeeps that you regret, or wish you would have done differently.
For me,
-Bushwacker cutout flares. Wish I would have just kept stock flares or trimmed the fenders
-Rough country lift kit - For the price it works ok, but you get what you pay for. I wish I would have spent the extra money for a better quality kit
-Steel cragar D windows - they were cheap and look kinda cool, but for about 200$ more I could have got some nice aluminum's to be a bit more unique and save some weight
Cant wait to build a 2nd XJ, I will be doing things quite a bit differently next time

Detroit TruTrac in the rear.
Its great for a street Jeep but once you start building a trail rig it just won't do. Go with a full case Detroit and be done. The TruTrac is almost as much money as a regular Detroit locker
Roof basket is on the list too, sucks gas on the road and gets ripped off by tree limbs off-road. I killed my SURCO with a grape vine!
