Default Mechanic needed

i live in New York and looking for someone who knows theyre way around a 1999 xj. im having some issues with the front wheel areas and the mechanic ive been going to keeps telling its ok. i know its not. theres a humming noise coming from the front drivers side wheel and when i turn the wheel to the max so to do a u turn there is a grinding sound. two different mechanics tried to fix and still the same.

I'm in Ronkonkoma working I'm pretty good on xjs and probably have parts to fix what ever it is, sounds like it could be a unit bearing or a shaft u joint.

humming noise from the front right could be a Hub. and grinding noise? could be a lot of things. u-joint, tie rod rubbing tire/rim. tire rubbing control arm. like what they said ^^ it could be a lot of things.

I think its your tire is rubbbing the control arm. my tire on my old jeep rubbed the brake line when It was at full lock so id check that out to. get someone to turn it all the way each way and drive forward slowly and see what is making the noise. if your it makes noise turning left and not right its a hub
