Yes it will be fine. It might balloon a little if you ran 40 psi in them, but the bigger the tire, the less air it needs.

I only run 25 psi in the toyo 33-10.50s that I have on right now! would that mean I would need to run the 13.50s at say 20 psi?

20 would be fine. I run around 15 in my 33x12.50 Maxxis Buckshots that have been on my Nissan for about 5 years now and they are wore evenly.
