Loud is not fast, loud does not mean more power. Loud only pisses off those around you and brings unwanted attention from officer Friendly. Loud will get on your nerves on long highway cruises too.

Just take the exhaust manifold and all the exhaust completely off.
THAT would sound badass! Yeah!
I run a Thrush Welded muffler. It's the exact same as a FM40. Just half as expensive.

Flowmaster Super 10 if you're really up to it. I got a Super 40 and its pretty loud once you get it broken in. All mufflers will get louder after a few weeks of use.
But honestly, you're gonna probably get annoyed after awhile with the loudest muffler, not able to even talk or think in your Jeep.
But are you looking for a deep muscle tone loud or for a dumptruck sound

Straight pipe cut after the cat is a big notice power wise. Sounds good with windows up and down it can get a lil loud. If its just cut after cat like mine while sitting in traffic the cab does start to smell like exhaust when the windows are down. I'm in the process of installing a flow master 40 dual output over the axle. I will post on how it sounds when I get it welded up.
