Default Lift kit questions

Hey I own a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I want a little bit of a lift about 2.5-3 inches because my tires rub and I want a bit of aesthetics. Do you guys suggest staying cheap and adding spring blocks or all our springs and all? And some good links to some useful spring blocks or lift kit would be nice! Thanks

of course ballin on a budget

No you don't want to go cheap. Check out zone, rustys, or iron rock offroad as nice options.

Well your in a WJ so you can use spacers for a 2"-3" lift. I did 2" on my ZJ and couldnt be happier. For what I do, it serves me well. I do light offroading and just wanted to clear 31s, and with the spacers, it works great! What tires do you have and what do you plan on doing with the jeep? My spacers serve me well in what I do with mine

That looks sweet! Anything else you had to change when you added those? I'm thinking about 3" ones. Also what brand spacer?

At 2" all I had to replace were shocks that will accommodate added lift.
But 3" is too much for spacers in my opinion. Use 3" lift springs instead. I believe you would also need an adjustable trackbar, and adjustable control arms to correct steering geometry. May also need brake lines and other items.

3 inch http://www.ironrockoffroad.com/10326.html
Those are the cheapest options really.
