it has the taps for the d rings and the hitch is bellow it. but i would agree on the hitch being built in would be nice. still a great looking bumper.

 

Looks like very nice work- just one question. Do you have a place for your license plate? Around here the cops would be on your case pretty quick if they can't see a tag.

My bumper. Still working on it though and plan on putting a winch behind it.
