Been running MTZs for about 2 years and the only reason I'm replacing them is because I got a good deal on my 38s.

I scored them from a guy clearing some stock on Ebay. I gave 470 for the set plus $150 shipping. I freakin love em! They look great and they dig like crazy.

the KL71 is a pretty sweet lookin tire but i like the side lugs on the mtz. i dont think the mtz will have big enough gaps between the lugs to clean out all that mud though. my vote has to go for the KL71

I don't know how they fare in the sloppy thick stuff, but I've got a friend that runs the KL71 on his Grand and loves them. I have seen him go through some rocky sections with no problems out of them, they gripped very well. They seem to flex pretty well also!
I would buy a set.

Pic of grand with said tires...

You going with the KL71s? Sorry for no info on the other set you posted.

If so, let us know your opinion on them after you get them mounted and to use!

s14unimog what size are your tires and how much lift do you have? Your Jeep looks great.
