So I just got these pro comp mud terrains for free. I know there not the greatest tires and don't have the best reviews but for free I can't complain. I just really wanted larger tires now that my lift is on. These are 32x11.5 so they should look alot better on my rig than the 30x9.5 I have now. I'm debating if I want to paint the lettering yellow to match my painted parts. What do you guys think.

Hey, for free I wouldn't complain. Just make sure to check the manufacture date on the tires. After 5 years they tend to strat getting cracks in the sidewalls. I've never been a fan of painted tires, I like the white lettering, but hey, do what you like. It's your Jeep after all.

I have a friend that mounted the reversed so the white walls were on the inside and then sharpied them black. He's had them for years and have had no trouble from it.

I can't find the date on these super swamper tsl's I have on this cherokee i bought a month ago..... How can I tell ? There's no last 4 digits signifying the week and year of manufacture in the DOT code..... Someone please help because I have searched everywhere online and if it's 10 years old I could have a blow out and die tomorrow, if I go for more then a month without posting here on the Cherokee forum then you guys should assume that happened.
The DOT numbers are stamped on both sides of the tire but usually the last 4, which is the date code, is only included on one side. Keep looking it's there.
